How to book now

    Choose from the offer on Booking.com

    Choose your accommodation from the wide selection on the Booking.com portal. You can only book accommodation that does not require payment on site by card or in cash.

    Payment at the property is not supported. Avoid options labeled “No prepayment needed – pay at the property” in the room selection.

    Copy the hotel link into our form

    On our portal, click 'Accommodation reservation' in the menu and paste a link to a hotel from Booking.com. You'll find detailed instructions on how to copy the link correctly directly on the reservation page.

    Select rooms

    In the next step, select the type and number of rooms you want to book.

    Fill in the reservation form

    On the next page, fill in your details needed to complete the reservation.

    Pay using benefits

    In the payment options, select your benefit card or cafeteria system. You can also split the payment – pay part with benefits and the rest by card or bank transfer.

    Done. Pack your bags and enjoy your vacation.

    Your stay has already been paid for. You can view invoices, necessary documents, and the status of your reservation anytime on the page we linked to in the email. Enjoy your holiday!

How can I choose accommodation on your platform?

You can choose accommodation in two ways.

Using our search: Enter your destination, dates, and number of guests. Our search will pull available offers directly from Booking.com and display them for you. You can also filter the results to best match your requirements.

By pasting a link from Booking.com: Prefer to browse on Booking.com yourself? Simply find the accommodation there (including your dates and number of guests), copy the link, and paste it into our order form.

I can't paste the Booking.com link into your form. What should I do?

First, open the selected accommodation on Booking.com. Don't forget to enter the dates and number of guests.

Then copy the full link from your browser's address bar (Ctrl+C or Command+C on Mac) and paste it into our form (Ctrl+V or Command+V). Make sure you copy the full address starting with https://.

What happens after I submit my order?
After submitting your order, we will send you a confirmation email with a detailed overview of your reservation. Once the reservation is processed, you will also receive the official confirmation from Booking.com.
Can I link my reservation to my Booking.com account?
It is technically not possible to link your reservation directly to your Booking.com account. However, after completing your reservation we will send you a confirmation email with a reservation number and PIN, which will give you full access to your reservation and allow you to manage it directly on the Booking.com website.
How can I communicate directly with the hotel?
If you wish to communicate directly with the accommodation (e.g. to arrange a late arrival or parking), simply use the reservation number and PIN from the confirmation email. Enter them in the Booking.com app or website and you can then communicate with the accommodation by email, phone or for example via WhatsApp.
Do Genius discounts from Booking.com apply on your platform?
No, Genius discounts do not apply to our system. Prices are always governed by the terms we have agreed with Booking.com.
Who is actually the service provider – Booking.com, Dovolená za benefity or the hotel?
Dovolená za benefity acts as a reservation intermediary between you and Booking.com.
I have a large number of points. Can I use more than 25,000 CZK in a single order?
Yes, there is no limit on our side.
I can't complete my reservation; it says "The room cannot be selected" or "The room cannot be paid online". What does this mean?
This offer does not allow online prepayment. Since reservations through Dovolená za benefity must always be paid in advance, this type of room or accommodation unfortunately cannot be booked with us. We recommend selecting a different available option.
Can I pay for a stay through you that I have already booked on Booking.com?
No, Dovolená za benefity can only be used to pay for reservations made through our service.
What are the service fees?

Service fees vary depending on the benefits provider you pay through, and are calculated based on the accommodation price. You will always see the exact fee amount in the summary panel of the order form before submitting your order.

If you combine payment with a bank transfer, the amount paid this way is fee-free.
